• Pickups are only allowed for items that say so in the description
• Pickup hours are Mon-Thurs 10am-2pm by appointment (for items that meet the pickup requirements)

• For Pickups at our location we do not accept paypal payment.  You must pay with cash or other forms of certified funds.
• Payment must be received within 7 days of auction close
• It is easiest and fastest to pay by credit card through PayPal our paypal id is ebay@itoverstock.com
• We only ship to paypal confirmed addresses!
• We also accept money orders, bank checks, and wire transfers

• 6% sales tax applies only to transactions in Connecticut
• If you live out of state and come to our location to pickup your item you are responsible for 6% CT sales tax

• All orders are shipped via UPS ground, DHL Ground or USPS (These three services will be used at our discretion)
• We ship to the United States only
• All shipping to Alaska and Hawaii are done via USPS media mail or parcel post.  This method can
  take up to 3 weeks for delivery and costs more than what is listed in the auction
